Prophet's Rock is nestled into the Southern Otago Hills overlooking Lake Dunstan and the Clutha River. Owner Paul Pujol, originally from New Zealand, has always been drawn to the Pinot Noir's and aromatic whites of France and after his world odyssey settled back in Bendigo, just a 40-minute drive from Wanaka. The vineyards are the foundations of Prophet's Rock, and the journey starts in the vines, where they grow low yielding fruit with a high concentration and flavor which is all harvested by hand during autumn.
