A credit card must be provided at the time of reservation to secure the booking. High Tea reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking. No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking. Any significant reduction in confirmed guest numbers (25% or higher) within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee per person.
