Maungahau 2024 - Walk For A Cause

Come and be a part of the first walk at Maungahau Lodge, a charity event raising money for the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter (www.https://rescue.org.nz/) and Waikato Hauraki Coromandel Rural Support Trust (www.rural-support.org.nz).

There are two trail options, both which require a moderate fitness level, 6.5km or 10kn (3-4 hour trail). On the trial you will not only be greeted by rolling hills, native bush, and rocky outcrops, and streams but also a restored musterers hut and a 5-acre lake.
