Hare Krishna Sunday Feast

The Sunday Love Feasts began in 1966 by the Founder Acharya of the Hare Krishna movement, His Divine Grace, AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada would personally invite guests, and cook the entire meal. He would serve the devotees a variety of tasty Vedic-vegetarian preparations. Along with the vegetarian feast, Srila Prabhupada would sing the Hare Krishna Maha-mantra with the guests, dance and give a lecture on Bhagavad-gita. The weekly Sunday Love Feast is celebrated in all Hare Krishna Temples around the world. It has evolved as an integrated celebration of Lord Krishna’s pastimes: chanting, hearing spiritual knowledge, dancing and feasting. Everyone is invited to participate and share in the bliss of this wonderful mantra meditation. We invite you to our Hare Krishna Sunday Love Feast. Every Sunday, gather for a culturally vibrant experience of Bhakti yoga. We begin with kirtan (mantra mediation), a spiritual discourse based on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is, more chanting and a free vegetarian feast served to all attendees!
