Expect an unexpected convergence of old and new, with food curations from renowned veteran of international Michelin-starred kitchens Nelly Robinson of NEL, and award-winning author Rosheen Kaul, formerly of celebrated Brunswick restaurant Etta.

As you arrive at the iconic historic arches of Bay 21’s private foyer for a champagne reception, chef Nelly leads you on an hour-long journey into new gastronomic realms of wondrous whimsy with never-before-dreamed canapé selections. Taking your seat at the long table then carries you into the soul-warming flavours of Rosheen’s culinary heritage. From Peranakan-Chinese to Filipino and Kashmiri, via Singapore and Melbourne’s inner south-east, before returning to the otherworldly with Nelly’s playful twists on dessert.
