Jarrod Kerr is the Chief Economist at Kiwibank, bringing a wealth of international experience to his role. With a career that began at JPMorgan Chase in Sydney, Jarrod was an interest rate strategist at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, before moving to Credit Suisse in Singapore as their Head of Australian and New Zealand fixed income and economic research.
After 16 years abroad, he returned to New Zealand in 2018 to join Kiwibank. Jarrod’s deep passion for economics and financial markets informs his insightful analysis of New Zealand’s economic landscape, and makes him a speaker you absolutely do not want to miss.
