Rob Thomas Announces "The All NIght Days Tour"
Thursday 22 May 2025
Rob Thomas is set to return to New Zealand this November with a trio of solo shows in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington as part of his global All Night Days Tour. These will be Thomas’ first solo headline performances on our shores, marking a milestone moment for the Matchbox Twenty frontman, who continues to evolve as one of the defining voices of his generation.
The tour celebrates both his upcoming sixth solo album All Night Days and the 20th anniversary of his double-platinum solo debut ...Something to Be. Now more than two decades into his solo career—and three decades since Matchbox Twenty first made their mark—Thomas remains as driven as ever. With over 80 million albums sold across solo projects and collaborations, billions of streams, and countless awards including three GRAMMYs, his catalogue spans decades of unforgettable, emotionally resonant music.
But Thomas is far from resting on legacy. Whether writing chart-topping singles, co-founding the Sidewalk Angels Foundation, or pushing his sound in new directions, he’s still chasing something deeper: honest songs about life and love, written for the moments we need them most.
Following a string of standout global festival dates and sold-out shows with Matchbox Twenty, these New Zealand performances offer fans a rare chance to see him up close in an intimate theatre setting.
Rob Thomas performs:
-
11 November – Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre, Auckland
-
13 November – Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre
-
15 November – Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington
Tickets on sale from 29 May.
