Mānuka Phuel: Full Metal Orchestra Set to Rock Spark Arena This July
Thursday 15 May 2025
Auckland is set to host one of 2025’s most explosive live music events as the Mānuka Phuel: Full Metal Orchestra makes its debut at Spark Arena on Saturday, 26 July 2025. Presented by Duco Touring and Liberty Stage, this one-night-only spectacle brings together an all-star lineup of rock royalty, powerhouse vocalists, and the symphonic might of the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by the acclaimed Sarah-Grace Williams.
Headlining the bill is Phil Rudd, legendary drummer of AC/DC, joined by Jon Toogood (Shihad), Jennie Skulander (Devilskin), and EJ Barnes (daughter of rock icon Jimmy Barnes). Also taking the stage are Milan Borich of Pluto and blues-rock powerhouse Seamus Johnson, delivering spine-tingling interpretations of hard-hitting classics from Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Tool, Nirvana, Black Sabbath, and more.
Under the musical direction of Jol Mulholland, the Come Together band—including Brett Adams, Matthias Jordan, Mike Hall, and Alistair Deverick—will bring serious rock firepower to the orchestral reimagining of these iconic tracks.
This genre-defying event merges the brute force of metal with the sweeping elegance of orchestral arrangements—an unmissable night for rock fans and music lovers alike.
Tickets go on sale to the public 1 May, with pre-sale access available now at fullmetalorchestra.com. Don’t miss your chance to witness this epic collision of sound and style live in Auckland.
