Chklte, Cassette & Marlie reveal Auckland show

Brought to you by Aotearoa's Neptuno crew, Tāmaki Makaurau's East St. Hall will be hosting a trio of dancefloor-igniting international talents this coming Saturday 14th January. Originally set to perform at the now-cancelled Nest Fest '22, Chklte (pronounced "chocolate") from Austin, Texas is joining forces with Sydney tune-spinner and co-founder of Bodywork imprint Cassette (not to be confused with the NZ alt-country group) and London's Marlie for this special one night only party. CHKLTE aka “chokolate” began to make a name for himself as a resident DJ on the dancefloors of his hometown in Austin, Texas. Not necessarily known as the mecca of electronic music, it is famous for its creativity and vibrant expressionism. SXSW music festival is just one example of the thriving art scene in Austin.

From these beginnings, CHKLTE has become a big name in some of the more spectacular electronic hotspots across the globe like New York, Amsterdam, London, Mexico, Eastern Europe and Ibiza.

Performing along side CHKLTE are Australian CASSETTE & new/old born AUSSIE meets London Towner MARLIE. These dangerous Women are at the forefront of the latest cutting edge of electronic music which is made to be listened to loud and felt viscerally by 1 and by all.
