Skyline Rotorua Luge ‘under Funstruction’

Skyline Rotorua will soon have the longest Luge track in New Zealand, once an extensive redevelopment of one of its ‘world-famous’ tracks has been completed.
Currently under ‘FUNstruction’, the project is scheduled to be completed in October 2021, and will bring about many exciting developments to further enhance the Luge experience. The upgrade, which had been planned for last year had to be put on hold due to Covid-19, only affects one of the three Luge tracks on site and means there will be little disruption to normal operations with plenty of fun to be had on the other 2 tracks while the work is being carried out.
Once the ‘Advanced Track’ has finished its construction, it will have more corners, more tunnels and more track.
