Actor Ray Liotta's cause of death confirmed to be acute heart failure

Actor Ray Liotta, known for his role in "Goodfellas", passed away from acute heart failure at the age of 67. He was found dead in his hotel in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in May 2022.
The officials confirmed that the cause of his death was respiratory insufficiency, pulmonary edema, and acute heart failure. Liotta was working on a movie called "Dangerous Waters" in the Dominican Republic with Eric Dane, Odeya Rush, and Saffron Burrows at the time of his passing. His death was classified as "natural and nonviolent", and his body was later flown back to his family in the US.
In February, the actor was honoured with a posthumous star on Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, which was accepted on his behalf by his daughter Karsen Liotta, who expressed her pride in her father's achievements.
